Xaxis names Claire Kjaer-Nielsen as VP, Global People Lead

Xaxis, GroupM’s outcome media specialist, today announced the appointment of Claire Kjaer-Nielsen as VP, Global People Lead to lead its global strategy for employee attraction, retention, and development. Kjaer-Nielsen will report to Nicolas Bidon, Global CEO.

Previously serving as HR Director at The Walt Disney Company, Kjaer-Nielsen led the HR function for the UK and was part of the EMEA Marketing Leadership team and the EMEA HR Leadership teams, which worked across all Disney brands. 

She led HR projects across EMEA and China at both Disney and in her previous role at RBS International.  

She began her career as HR Manager at American Water, based in New York.

As part of Xaxis’ Global Executive Committee, Kjaer-Nielsen will work closely with the Xaxis global leadership team and larger GroupM community to conceive and develop innovative talent management strategies for the group. 

Kjaer-Nielsen will drive talent and culture management, leadership development, and a robust diversity and inclusion program. 

She will also be responsible for refining the global employee value proposition for the business.
