ustwo names Caroline Sparkes as Exec Growth Director for Europe

Independent digital product and service studio, ustwo, has appointed Caroline Sparkes as Executive Growth Director, Europe.

Sparkes joins ustwo’s European leadership team and will be focused on business development; reporting to Nicki Sprinz, ustwo Europe’s Managing Director.

Tasked with ensuring a growth mindset across the European studios in Malmö, London and Lisbon, Sparkes’s role will encompass new business, client growth and strategic initiatives. 

She holds overall responsibility for business development, client leadership and relationships across the region.

Sparkes brings over 20 years’ international business development experience, including senior leadership roles at a broad range of media businesses including Critical Mass, Free Turn, Huge, Dare, Momentum and Euro RSCG. 

In these roles, she helped a diverse range of clients and agencies to accelerate growth, with a focus on emerging and evolving disciplines. 

Sparkes was also formerly marketing and communications chair of the British Interactive Media Association (BIMA), where she had responsibility for guiding marketing efforts.

Since 2020, she has provided strategic growth consultancy to agencies, start-ups and companies under her own company, a London-based independent business growth consultancy; Sparkes Growth. 

Prior to consulting, she was Head of Growth for George P Johnson, UK & Nordics.
