True & North teams up with Treehouse Innovation


Leading London-based training provider True & North has today announced a new partnership with consultancy Treehouse Innovation.

The agreement will mean Treehouse Innovation will now be accredited to deliver True & North’s trailblazing ‘client-centred thinking’ methodology directly to its clients.

Some of the world’s biggest organisations such as Meta, the BBC, Publicis Groupe and WPP have benefited from True & North’s client-centred thinking workshops, which use a combination of design thinking, neuroscience and behavioural economics to help sales teams develop a more innovative and human-centred approach to selling.

It’s an approach described by David Clayton, Chief Executive Officer, True & North, as “putting your customers at the heart of decisions you make”.

Treehouse Innovation will now be able to sell True & North’s client-centred thinking framework directly to its own roster of clients, which includes businesses such as Sony, Sky, DLA Piper and more…

“It has become obvious there are many synergies between the partners and that Treehouse Innovation is equipped with the talent and tools to roll out True & North’s training to its clients.”

True & North and Treehouse Innovation have previously collaborated on projects for a few years; in 2022 they paired up to successfully deploy client-centred thinking within Sky’s HR function.

The new partnership formally cements this relationship.
