Behavioural consultancy behave has announced the appointment of Dr Jane Leighton as its new head, where she will apply her wealth of experience applying behavioural science theory and methods in a commercial setting.

Behave, which is part of Total Media Group, said Dr Jane Leighton has extensive experience in behavioural science, achieving a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, an MSc in Neuroscience and a BSc in Psychology.
Applying these learnings, Leighton has held senior positions at Nielsen Neuro and Mountainview Learning.
Most recently, she has been a Principle Behavioural Scientist at the Department of Transport where she championed the application of behavioural science in the government’s response to COVID-19.
As Head of behave Consultancy, her primary aims involve working to expand the consultancy’s international footprint and the behavioural research techniques, that help answer clients business challenges.
