TCEG names Richard Burton as new Head of Strategy

The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG) announced today that Richard Burton is now its Head of Strategy, alongside his current role as Global Managing Partner of the employee engagement division Forty1.

Burton will head up a strong collective team of more than 20 strategists, planners, scientists and researchers from across TCEG.

In this newly created role, he will focus on combining a diverse range of expertise including brand planning, content strategy, channel mapping, learning strategy, behavioural science, UX planning and insight generation, and capability mapping, in order to provide the most innovative strategic and creative solutions for client challenges.

Burton’s promotion comes as the company sees a significant increase in demand for its strategic and consulting services alongside its creative, executional and activation capabilities in experiential, film, content, digital and immersive technology.
