The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG) has announced a series of senior appointments across its North American operations.
TCEG new US hires
Nadine Green (centre, main photo) will take on the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer, North America.
The announcement comes following recent acquisitions and growth of TCEG’s existing offer in North America.
This new role has been created to facilitate greater operational integration across the group as it continues to grow its offer in North America.
Green brings with her an impressive track record of successfully analysing organisation critical business requirements, whilst helping organisations attract and retain top talent.
Previously Green was COO of Vitiello Communications Group for seven years, until its acquisition in January. In her new role, Green will report to David Sharrock, Global COO.
Green is also founder and president of The College Advisor Network For U, a group of certified college admissions consultants and professionals who help young people navigate the college application journey.

Kristen Erickson (left, main photo) has been named as Principal Consultant and Vice President of Forty1, TCEG’s employee engagement division.
Erickson, who is based in New Jersey, will be responsible for leading more than 30 talented employee engagement professionals across North America and for accelerating the growth, scale and reach of TCEG’s employee engagement offering across the TCEG client base.
Her focus will be on further enhancing the core communication expertise established through the recent acquisition of Vitiello Communications Group and connecting this with the wider capabilities of the group
including learning, digital, film and behavioural science.
Reporting to Richard Burton, Forty1 Managing Partner, Erickson will be supported by a newly formed North America leadership team including Carol Feinberg, Vice President of Change Management, Communications and Engagement and Richelle Feigin, Senior Communications and Engagement Consultant.
Erickson brings a wealth of employee engagement experience from almost a decade of roles at Vitiello Communications Group with global pharmaceutical clients in the areas of clinical trial operations, information technology and corporate responsibility.
She is skilled at developing and delivering communication strategies that enhance the employee experience and has led communications during times of change and crisis.
For the last few years she has been responsible for developing and delivering a wide range of innovative and impactful communications and engagement projects for one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies.
And WRG, the events and experiential division of TCEG, has appointed David Ratcliffe (right, main photo) as Head of Event Solutions, North America.
In the newly created role, Ratcliffe, who will report to Tim Collett, Global Head of Events, WRG, will oversee the seamless delivery of projects supporting and guiding the North American Event teams.
Ratcliffe will work with Greg Kiner, Head of Live Events, North America, as WRG expands its offering in this area and capitalise on the return to live activities.
He will drive and build the experiential capabilities of WRG through engagement in live, virtual and hybrid events.
Ratcliffe brings 20 years’+ experience of creating memorable events and brand awareness for brands such as Estée Lauder; British Airways; American Express; Pfizer; Shionogi; Eli Lilly; and Roche.
Most recently, he worked as a freelance Consultant and Executive Producer based in the US, working with event support partners helping them to align, transition and establish new service offerings.
