Snap returns to IAB NewFronts event with major announcements


Today, Snap returned to New York content event, the IAB NewFronts, to introduce new solutions for advertisers, content partnerships, and ways to work with creators on Snapchat.

IAB NewFronts is running in New York from 2 -5 May and is the world’s largest content marketplace event.

Snap’s new President of Americas, Rob Wilk, Chief Creative Officer Colleen DeCourcy, and more spoke at the show about how Snapchat is the home of real relationships – and how those relationships influence friends and create a positive halo effect for brands and creators.

Launching First Story

New advertiser takeover offering – reserve the first video ad that Snapchatters see between Friend Stories, with a U.S. potential daily reach of over 50 million.

Over 350 million Snapchatters watch Spotlight content every month – today, Snap is launching ads in Spotlight for all advertisers globally.

New Content Partnerships

Exclusive content for the upcoming 2024 Paris Olympics & Women’s World Cup will be available across Snapchat’s Stories, Spotlight, and Camera.

Evolving My AI

Conversations with My AI have the potential to help Snap deliver more relevant content and experiences across the app, leading to improved content relevance for Snapchatters.

AI advances on Snap.

Snap is experimenting with new ways that My AI can surface useful information at the right moment during conversations, including testing sponsored links.

Snap Star Collab Studio

In the US Snap is making it even easier for brands and creators to work together with the launch of Snap Star Collab Studio in the US. Brands like NYX Cosmetics are already seeing success working with Snap Stars to reach its community in a brand-safe way.
