Reporting into CEO Tom Perry, Monselice joins the Sherpa team at an important time for the agency, with shifting channel environments increasing the pressure to get cut-through with partners – due to heightened competitive activity among vendors and the emergence of multiple marketplaces. To this end, the agency said Monselice brings with her the skills and experience to help increase adoption and engagement for Sherpa’s clients.

A veteran in digital transformation, Monselice has twenty years’ experience in both AdTech and agency life at GroupM/Mindshare, with an understanding of the marketing and advertising ecosystem, including B2C and B2B strategies.

Having previously held the role of Product Strategy at Carbon (a Revenue and Data Management Platform for Publishers), she has worked on notable accounts such as, Land Rover Group, Unilever, American Express, HSBC and Mazda.

Laura Monselice Head of Platform said: “Channel marketing has so much potential for innovation, and this is what attracted me to the space.

“I’m excited to be joining a forward-thinking agency like Sherpa and offer my MarTech and advertising experience during this moment of great transformation.”

Tom Perry, CEO and Founder of Sherpa said: “It’s brilliant to have Laura joining the Sherpa team, to lead and develop our new platform, Partner Activate.

“She brings with her an exciting and successful track record, and we look forward to her applying her skillset, whilst also bringing a fresh perspective to the team.”
