Seedtag strengthens leadership team with new CFO and SVP of Strategy

Seedtag, the leading contextual advertising company, has announced two key appointments to its leadership team, Eric Lebeau as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Nick Timms as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Strategy.

Senior hires

Timms will be based out of Seedtag’s London office, while Lebeau is located in Madrid. Both roles are essential to continue driving Seedtag’s global strategy as the company enters a new phase of growth.

As CFO, Lebeau will oversee Finance, FP&A, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and M&A strategy with a team of 40, leveraging technology for improved finance processes and a data driven approach.

In his role of SVP of Strategy, Timms will lead a global team of ten, focusing on go-to-market strategies, supporting clients to  achieve maximum value from their partnerships – with a privacy-preserving approach – and delivering product-driven solutions aligned with clients’ strategic objectives.

Timms brings a comprehensive skill set to Seedtag, with 15 years of experience working on both the buy-side and sell-side of the media companies GroupM, DailyMail and MiQ, where he was Global Chief Commercial Strategy Officer.

Timms has a combination of commercial and product leadership expertise, and before taking on the SVP of Strategy role, he was a consultant for Seedtag.

Lebeau has more than 18 years of experience in the logistics and shipping industry, working at multinational companies like DHL and GeoPost, where he held the role of CFO in the GeoPost subsidiaries in Spain.

Lebeau was also CFO at Packlink where he successfully performed the sale of the company before becoming the leader in Finance for the EMEA region at Auctane.
