SBS names Jason Warner as Director UK and EMEA


SBS, one of Europe’s leading programmatic curation platforms supporting independent media agencies to drive outcomes from their omni-channel campaigns has appointed Jason Warner as Director, UK and EMEA.

Warner’s 17 year career in programmatic and digital media spans media owner, agency, and publisher sides. He brings to SBS a wealth of experience in strategy and a strong track record in building long-lasting partnerships and delivering revenue growth.

Operating from SBS’s London office, Warner will report to the board of directors at SBS Sourcing Ltd. His primary responsibility is to oversee the company’s commercial partnerships with independent media agencies in the UK and EMEA.

Additionally, he’ll collaborate closely with the Programmatic Strategy and Data Insight teams to ensure that the client journey from campaign inception to completion is a positive and successful experience for the company’s partners.

Warner’s professional journey boasts a rich tapestry of leadership roles in the advertising realm. Notably, he served as Head of Advertising Operations at Scoota, where he spearheaded pivotal strategic endeavours.

One of the significant initiatives there included the seamless integration of programmatic Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising, achieved through a strategic partnership with VIOOH/JCDecaux.

Warner also steered Scoota’s Ad Operations and Client Service teams, nurturing valuable partnerships with publishers and agencies. Prior to his tenure at Scoota, Warner held the position of Director of Operations at Say Media, a transition that saw him relocate from Montreal, Canada to London in 2014.

His trajectory now leads him to SBS, following a tenure at Cogora as Commercial Director, where he played a pivotal role in driving exponential growth in digital ad sales.

SBS is a programmatic curation partner that supports independent media agencies in managing the efficiency and effectiveness of programmatic media through customised solutions and advanced omnichannel programmatic tactics.

Its strategy team leverages more than 50 state-of-the-art technologies, integrating them with its proprietary algorithms and artificial intelligence.

Currently, clients work with SBS on a managed service basis covering programmatic campaign strategy, delivery, optimisation and reporting; and a self-service solution will be available in the coming months. The company has offices in London and Milan.

The board of SBS-Sourcing Ltd has entrusted Jason with full authority to lead the company, develop strategies, and provide guidance to the team.

His extensive expertise in the digital advertising landscape and technologies, along with his demonstrated history of driving revenue growth and fostering robust partner and client connections, will play a pivotal role in steering the company’s ongoing success as a frontrunner in programmatic advertising.
