RTB House, a global company providing automated performance advertising in Open Internet for top brands and agencies worldwide, today announced the appointment of Sophia Cao as Director of Private Advertising Advocacy.

Given the profound changes happening across the advertising ecosystem, Cao will be instrumental in maintaining the company’s place as a leading player in the market.

Prior to joining RTB House, Cao spent almost ten years at Google, most recently as part of the Partnerships team for the Privacy Sandbox.

Before this, she spent seven years as a revenue analyst in the Google Ad Manager team and a consultant to top publisher partners.

Her experience makes her perfectly placed to lead RTB House’s vital work within the advertising community, particularly as Google’s cookie deprecation timeline continues to evolve.

Cao will be instrumental in facilitating collaboration and advocating for industry standards while nurturing alliances with partners across the advertising ecosystem to help drive the RTB House business forward.

Commenting on her appointment, Cao said: “Over the past two years, I’ve been lucky enough to play a central role in this transformative evolution of the ad tech landscape as a part of the Privacy Sandbox team.

“Throughout this time, RTB House has stood out to me as a true innovator who can navigate this transition with confidence and decisiveness.

“I’m thrilled to be part of a company that’s consistently leading the charge for a healthy, private advertising ecosystem.”

Tomasz Wnuk, President of North America, RTB House, said: “RTB House is proud to be a part of shaping the future of our industry through testing the Privacy Sandbox.

“Sophia is a significant hire in the next phase of this process she will work with partners to ensure we’re at the forefront of every step of the journey.”
