RadioWorks Group, the London-based radio and digital audio advertising specialists, has appointed the former CEO of the Australian Radio Network, Rob Atkinson, as key advisor to the business.
Atkinson will bring a wealth of experience to the group, having previously worked as CEO for Adshel in Australia, as well as the Chief Operating Officer of the Clear Channel Outdoor in the UK, Commercial Director at Ireland on Sunday and Head of Trading for the Mail on Sunday.
Atkinson, who specialises in delivering digital transformation and business strategies to help accelerate performance, will work across the entire group, including Maple Street Creative, Radio Trading Desk, DigitalAudioWorks and PodcastWorks.
He will work closely with founder and CEO, Michael Charnley-Heaton as well as the senior management team of Richard Dennis-Jones, Chief Commercial Officer and Emma Hill, Chief Operating Officer.
