R/GA London said it has appointed Rowena Vithlani as Executive Client Services Director.
Vithlani joins R/GA from AnalogFolk, where she was a key member of the executive leadership team as a Managing Partner.
Her hire is a strategic move as the London office looks to continue to evolve the culture of the business and embed its vision of building A More Human Future across all client engagements.
In her new role, Vithlani will be responsible for the leadership of R/GA London’s senior client relationships, growing the agency’s client services team and leading strategic partnerships to help clients navigate industry disruption.
She will report into Rebecca Bezzina, SVP Managing Director of R/GA London.
“Rowena’s entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with her proven track record of leading a multi-disciplinary team of strategic client partners made her the perfect fit for this important role”, said Bezzina.
“She’s also a passionate champion for diversity & inclusion across our industry, which is a priority focus for the agency and our clients.”
“We’re living in a rapidly changing world where how agencies approach client relationships is paramount – more than ever we need to identify and create new value models for our clients.
“Brands want a human first approach to their business and technology challenges, something Rowena absolutely embodies.”
Vithlani said: “After meeting Becs, and the new leadership team she’s building, I was inspired by the direction the agency is moving.
“To be part of the journey of shaping the next chapter of success here is something that excites me.”
“I’ve always been an advocate of delivering best in class service, not servility, and my vision for this role is to foster an innovative mindset and culture where the output is that the work can be the best it can be – with a sharp focus on relationships, commerciality and creative affinity.”
Vithlani will play a leading role in ensuring R/GA London continues to be the agency partner that its clients cannot grow without, while also ensuring clients have the best possible experience of partnering with the agency by driving value through R/GA’s diverse portfolio of capabilities.
She is the latest hire in a new-look executive leadership team being built by R/GA London SVP Managing Director Rebecca Bezzina, following the hires of Nicole Armstrong as Executive Strategy Director and Nick Pringle as SVP Executive Creative Director.
