Publicis Media names Bianca Best as Head of Digital across EMEA

Publicis Media today announces the appointment of Bianca Best to the newly created role of Head of Digital for EMEA within its trading and investment division, PMX.

Best joins from MediaCom, where she launched a pivotal new business division holding the role of Global Managing Director of BLINK Consultancy, working with global brands such as Mars, Coca-Cola, Sony and Uber to accelerate digital transformation agendas. During her time at the WPP agency, Best also held the role of Interim Chief Digital Officer, UK.

As part of the PMX Global Digital Leadership Team, Best will be responsible for growing and developing Publicis Media’s digital offering across the region, focusing on three pillars of Design, Build and Implementation. 

She will also manage client relationships at the most senior level to inject valuable strategic design thinking to help drive their own digital transformation. 

Best will report into Andy Carter, Chief Executive of PMX EMEA, and support Helen Lin, Global Chief Digital Officer, Publicis Groupe.

Prior to her role at Mediacom, Best worked at Dentsu for over four years, initially as Global Client Partner at iProspect before becoming Executive Director at digital agency, 360i Europe in 2016, working across global accounts including Diageo, Thomas Cook and AMEX. 

It was during this time that she was named Woman of Tomorrow by The IPA and Campaign. Best was also previously Global Client Services Director at digital agency, Jellyfish, where she unified multiple burgeoning digital services via a robust client leadership structure. 

In 2004, Best also launched her own tech commerce business, The Bespoke Gift Company, a pioneering personalised gift platform which she subsequently sold a decade later.
