Digital agency Organic has today appointed Nora Sereg as the agency’s new Digital Project Manager.
In her new role, Nora will specifically oversee projects within the Sainsbury’s Group Account following the agency’s recent appointment by Sainsbury’s to oversee the brands’ SEO.
She has been tasked with focusing on building the PMO at Organic and embedding project management practices across the wider team.
Her key responsibilities will include managing the full project cycle from preparation to delivery, owning client relationships, team management and workload projections.
Sereg will be reporting into Operations Director, Charlie Lycett-Smith who heads up the Project Management team, which has grown rapidly over the last six months thanks to client demand.
She joins Organic after leaving her role as Senior Project Manager at Water Babies Ltd.
“I enjoy working in a dynamic environment and empowering teams to deliver consistent, quality work has always been my passion”, Sereg said.
“My motivation comes from working with highly skilled, vibrant individuals, and I work and live by the belief that in life there is always room for improvement.
“I’m enthusiastic to be a part of the Organic team, as I share the Organic values and I stand for what they represent.”
Charlie Lycett-Smith, Operations Director, at Organic, adds: “Organic’s sustained success and growth over the past year has meant we have needed to grow our Project Management Office (PMO) again, so are welcoming a new Project Manager, Nora, to the team.
“Nora brings with her a wealth of experience across multiple PM methodologies, and will be working on one of the agency’s largest group accounts.”
