Ingenuity, the UK new business consultancy, has acquired B2B growth consultancy Tevyan for an undisclosed sum.
Tevyan Founder and CEO Karl Loudon (left, main pic) now joins the senior management team as Ingenuity’s first Chief Operating Officer.
Tevyan Co-Founder and CPO Craig Lister remains onboard as an advisor to Ingenuity and its clients.
In his new role Loudon will focus on supporting Ingenuity’s ambitious growth plans by ensuring the right people, processes and pipeline are in place to deliver on the leadership’s vision, the company said.
At the same time Ingenuity clients will now be able to access Tevyan’s market-leading growth consultancy and training, bolstering Ingenuity’s rapidly expanding portfolio of services to connect brands and agencies.
Ingenuity acquires Tevyan
The acquisition and Loudon’s arrival follows the launch of Ingenuity North, the agency’s Leeds office, at the start of the year, as well as the appointment of Kirstin Ross-MacLeod, former Client Services Director at Pablo, as Business Director.
Ross-MacLeod will be working alongside Karl spearheading the evolution and growth of the business.
Chris Kemp (right, main pic), Founder & CEO at Ingenuity, said: “Karl will be a fantastic addition to our business. Tevyan’s proprietary process for upskilling teams and accelerating growth is a natural fit for our wider offer; it’s exactly the type of thing our agency clients are increasingly looking to us for support on.
“It’s a perfect acquisition for us, with Karl’s brilliant experience supporting our growth and Tevyan’s offering able to supercharge the growth of our agency partners.”
Karl Loudon, COO at Ingenuity, added: “I’ve known the guys at Ingenuity for years, many of them as a client of the business. I’ve always loved how they do things.
“Chris and I have been talking for a long time about how we might collaborate with each other and now feels like the right time to be joining the team.
“Tevyan has grown quickly since we launched in 2020 and joining Ingenuity’s unique ecosystem will enable more agencies to benefit from our services.”
