Nested.com picks Neil A Dawson to create first ever ad campaign

Pioneering UK estate agent brand Nested.com has appointed Neil A Dawson & Co as its creative communications partner after a credentials pitch.

Tasked with increasing brand awareness and driving growth, the new creative hot shop will create a TV, radio, outdoor and online advertising campaign due to launch in early March.

“We chose Neil and his team after they impressed us with their previous work and creative application”, Ben Bailey at Nested.com said.

“For a start-up such as Nested, the flexibility of their business model means we can get work out faster, with more direct access to the creative process.”

Challenger brand

Nested.com is a challenger brand in the property industry. It claims to be the only agent that manages property sale and purchase with one beginning-to-end service, aiming to take the well-documented stress out of the property seller/buyer chain.
