MISSION film for IWD celebrates resilience of its female workers

For International Women’s Day, creative agencies collective The MISSION Group has created a film celebrating the women in its workforce.

In a stripped down, honest and ultimately uplifting shoot, MISSION”s female roll call are  acknowledging the many challenges they have faced – and usually overcome – in the past year.

In the short, snappy film, the women of media company talk about how they’ve coped with lockdowns, displaying the resilience they have developed along the way.

Whether it’s starting a business, trying to lose weight while locked down with a furloughed chef, running regularly even though there were no races to train for, learning to live with grown up kids who are back home again, overcoming writers’ block, or just realising that it’s OK that there is still a lot to learn, the women of MISSION have shared honest and often humorous messages about their experiences.

The film is being shared within the Group and across social media.

What MISSION’s #choosetochallenge film shows is that there is a sense around the world that women are orchestrating change in their daily work and home lives.
