MINT names Christoph Kruse Global Marketing Director

MINT, a leader in Advertising Resource Management (ARM) enterprise-grade software, has today announced the appointment of Christoph Kruse as global Marketing Director as it continues to focus on its market growth strategy in 2024.

This announcement is part of a series of strategic hires including Lorenzo Larini – formerly CEO, Ipsos North America – as its global CEO in January this year.

Both senior appointments bring fresh impetus to the company’s global expansion which has seen the recent opening of its new headquarters in New York, thus the opening of the US market, resulting in a change of scale: from a European to a global company.

Formerly Director of Regional Marketing in Europe at Outbrain, Kruse will be based at Mint’s Munich location. Reporting directly to MINT’s Chief Growth Officer Salvatore Internullo, he is charged with growing and leading MINT’s marketing team globally, creating and implementing go-to-market strategies in line with MINT’s ambitious growth goals.

Kruse’s wealth of experience gives him a unique insight into the challenges facing brands and the wider advertising industry, as well as deep expertise in planning and executing impactful marketing strategies across a number of international markets.

Since its launch, MINT’s ARM platform has added significant value to global brands such as Mastercard, KFC, Western Union, DAZN and Stellantis through the 360-degree management of their operating models and implementation of Advertising Resource Management.

MINT has recorded revenue growth of 40% over the past five years and increased its client base across different industry sectors by 70% from 2022 to 2023.
