Reporting to Orban Büller, Managing Director for Europe, Prevos will be responsible for several of MFM’s creative agency partnerships and their respective client accounts, working closely with both agency and client teams to bring media thinking into the process from the outset.
Working across clients in Benelux and the UK, Prevos’ communications design background and experience working across strategy and media mean she is well-placed to guide clients through the benefits of an integrated approach.
Prevos joins from Initiative, part of Omnicom Media, where she served as a Communications Design Director. She’s led media strategy for government clients in the Netherlands like DPC, alongside the Dutch Police Academy, Young Capital, Budget Thuis, and Nakd.
She is currently the Vice President of Young in Media (YIM), championing and supporting young media professionals in the Netherlands.
She was previously shortlisted as a YIM Talent of the Year and was nominated for De Belofte (“the promise”) in 2023. Celine also represented the Netherlands in the media category at Cannes Young Lions 2026.
“I have always had a strong interest in different cultures and the integration of marketing practices, which is why MFM appealed”, Prevos said.
“It’s a global independent agency with a strong lineup of well-known international brands that are willing to break down the traditional silos between media and creative to design the most effective campaigns. By collaborating closely and combining different perspectives, we make each other, and the work, much better.
“MFM is a young, fast-growing company where I have an opportunity to play an active role in shaping its continued growth, and I’m excited to get started.”
Orban Büller, Managing Director for Europe, said: “The way we work with clients is increasingly bringing media, creativity and strategy together much earlier, which means we need people who can think beyond traditional boundaries.
“Celine brings exactly that. Her strong experience, natural curiosity, and commitment to challenging established ways of working made her a perfect fit to support MFM’s clients as we grow in the region.
“She brings experience, energy and a fresh perspective to the team, and we’re very happy to have her on board.”
