MediaVision, the award-winning integrated digital performance agency, has appointed Hiscox and World Snooker alumni Nicky Kendrick as its marketing manager, further strengthening its management team.

Kendrick brings more than 25 years of experience to the role and will be working directly with Adam Freeman, managing partner at MediaVision.

Her role will see her amplifying MediaVision’s company profile and expertise as well as leading the launch of its new tech stack – set to give clients access to predictive SEO, weekly share of search data, and digital demand tracking at a brand and product level.

The tech stack is designed to fill gaps left by major platforms and marks a significant development in the capabilities available in performance marketing, combining new data sets and sources.

Prior to joining MediaVision, Kendrick spent eight years as Hiscox’s sponsorship manager, responsible for managing the company’s sponsorship portfolio, including a first of its kind partnership with the National Gallery in London.

She also spent almost 10 years at Kempton Park Racecourse as marketing manager and then brand experience manager.

Kendrick was also part of the internal team that rebranded the World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association (WPBSA) to World Snooker.

In her role as marketing manager, she oversaw the publicity for professional tournaments and its players including Ronnie O’Sullivan, John Higgins and Steve Davis.

“What an exciting time to join MediaVision”, Kendrick said. “A UK Digital Growth Awards win, shortlisted at the European Search Awards (amongst other awards!) and a truly groundbreaking tech stack just been launched, I can’t wait to get started. “MediaVision’s unique approach to search and integrated digital marketing was clear to me from the start.

“Now it’s time to raise our awareness among the sectors we work with and demonstrate the difference our tools can make.”

Adam Freeman, managing partner at MediaVision, said: “Nicky is another great talent we’ve been able to capture in recent months.

“Her experience and enthusiasm will help to push MediaVision’s growth journey, making her a valuable addition to our team.

“We’re committed to finding the best of the best, and we’re clearly doing something right with the raft of talent we’ve attracted in the last 12 months.”

Kendrick’s appointment follows the hires of Natalie Bell, MediaVision’s first ever head of people, and Emma Armstrong as strategic client lead in January of this year.
