MediaVision announces two new senior level hires

Digital performance marketing agency MediaVision has announced two new senior hires as it looks to continue its stellar growth into 2022.

The agency’s leadership team is investing further in company culture and its ‘people first’ approach to business with the appointment of Natalie Bell (left, main pic), its first ever Head of People.

Bell brings more than 20 years’ experience of the recruitment and talent space to her new role. 

In all, she spent more than 14 years at Major Players (separated by a stint at Workfish), most recently in the role of HR and People Director for five years plus.

Joining at the same time as Bell is Strategic Client Lead, Emma Armstrong (right, main pic). 

She joins after a hugely successful 12 months for the agency, which saw it bring in over 20 new business wins, including household names New Look, Karen Millen, Strutt & Parker and Addison Lee. 

Overall this resulted in a 30% growth in 2021, driven by the inexorable shift online.

Armstrong comes from BlendB2B where she was an Account Director delivering digital marketing strategies for global B2B brands. 

She has more than 10 years agency experience including a European leadership role at ReachLocal. 

She also has client side experience gained at in an affiliate marketing role. 

MediaVision said she will be leading the agency’s integrated performance campaigns across a range of clients.
