Medialab has announced the appointment of Jasleen Carroll as Head of AI & Innovation. Carroll will take on the newly created role within Medialab’s innovation team, reporting to Medialab’s Chief Data Officer, Will Davis.
Future use cases
Building on the agency’s established track record and existing use of AI, she will be at the forefront of identifying and fast-tracking future use cases, turning them into practical, functional solutions that drive effectiveness and commercial outcomes for clients.
Carroll brings over a decade of experience across the digital, data, and technology sectors.
She previously held senior roles at AIP Media and Push Group, where she spearheaded embedding AI into business operations, owning strategic roadmaps of proprietary technology, improving efficiencies and helping teams achieve greater value from emerging technologies.
Will Davis, Chief Data Officer at Medialab, said: “I’m immensely proud of our AI journey so far – our adoption and usage is already double the industry average.
“However, our focus has always been to cut through the hype and deliver meaningful value.
“Jasleen brings a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise and practical experience needed to turn AI’s potential into real solutions that make a genuine difference for our people and our clients.”
Carroll said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Medialab at a time when there’s so much opportunity to rethink how AI can support the way we work.
“The agency already has an incredibly strong foundation, and I’m excited to collaborate with teams across the business to explore practical applications of AI that enhance creativity, improve efficiency and ultimately help deliver even stronger outcomes for our clients.”
