Making Science creates Global Advisory Board, names founding executives

Making Science today announced the foundation of its Global Advisory Board and has named its founding members. 

The international technology and digital marketing consultancy, which specialises in e-commerce and digital acceleration, said Matthew Hudson, CEO of MJHudson, Robert Horler, CEO of Whalar and one other, as yet un-named, industry executive were to be its founding members of the Board.

The move comes as the company builds on ten years of success in the US market.

Matthew Hudson, the founder and CEO of MJHudson, a leading company in Asset Management solutions. 

He is a global expert in M&A, private equity, and structured finance and his counsel will be integral in defining and directing the M&A strategy of Making Science.

The second member to be announced is Robert Horler, who served as a senior executive in a variety of roles throughout his career, including CEO of Dentsu Aegis US before becoming the CEO of Whalar. 

He is a highly-respected industry leader who found considerable success building technological-based solutions to solve the digital industry’s biggest challenges.

The advisory board announcement comes as Making Science continues to bolster its global presence in 2022, with its recent acquisition of Georgia-based digital marketing agency ELLIOT and additional 70% interest in United Communications Partners Inc, the owner of a 100% interest in Tre Kronor Media – the full service media agency with locations in both Sweden and Denmark, both if which were reported by Mediashotz earlier this week. 

This growth comes after an exceptional year of seven acquisitions conducted by Making Science in 2021.
