Global youth specialist agency, Livity, today announced the appointment of Ashika Chauhan as Executive Creative Director, in addition to her current role as Group Executive Creative Director at bray leino Group.

The new position serves as due recognition of the creative flair Chauhan has brought to Livity projects over the last six months, the company said, including her work leading recent campaigns for Google and CoppaFeel!.

Her authentic storytelling abilities have provided vigour to campaigns for many household brands, including the likes of Elephant Atta and Pizza Hut.

Chauhan’s social-first expertise will now become a permanent advantage for Livity’s clients, and will drive further alignment between Livity and the Group’s flourishing social capability.

In the expanded role, Chauhan will oversee Livity’s creative work, bringing her social-first expertise to modern brand challenges. Reporting to Wayne Deakin, bray leino Group Chief Creative Officer, she will remain part of the Group’s wider creative leadership team.

Chauhan will also work closely with the Livity team to bring in the next cohort of its annual In Future List Programme, a 10-month talent accelerator designed to empower young creatives from diverse backgrounds.

The move comes after Chauhan’s passion for youth culture naturally drew her to contribute to Livity-led work and recognises the energy and experience she brings to projects from her several years in leadership positions throughout the wider Group.

Chauhan’s wider contributions to the creative industry have also led to her appointments as a D&AD Awards judge and D&AD Festival panellist in 2026. She has also previously judged the Campaign Inspiring Women Awards, the Gerety Awards, Campaign Big Awards and D&AD New Blood.

Alex Goat, CEO at Livity, said: “We’ve worked with Ash and her team on several projects over the last six months, and it’s resulted in some of our favourite client work to date. I’m delighted we’ve now made it official!

“Ash’s ability to create work which meaningfully engages communities to build brands through social aligns perfectly with the challenges clients are coming to us to solve. Her proven commitment to new creative talent means our In Future List programme will go from strength to strength.

“Her roots in Leicester provide an exemplary base as we look to create opportunities for even more young creatives outside of the London bubble.”

Chauhan added: “I’ve always found real purpose in seeing a young person empowered to make an impact with their creativity, and that’s what Livity’s legacy is embedded in.

“The UK is rich with talent, but many people from working class backgrounds aren’t often given a route into the industry. From local subcultures to global movements, I’m excited to start thinking about how In Future List can live in spaces and places that we’ve not seen before.

“Livity is about truly elevating the voices of young people and putting them at the heart of how brands find their place in today’s youth culture. I’ve been lucky to already get started on some incredible campaigns with that purpose at the core. I can’t wait to share what we’ve been up to.”

Wayne Deakin, bray leino Group Chief Creative Officer, said: “This is a natural fit for Ashika and for Livity. There’s a great cultural connection with Alex and the team, but more importantly we’ve already seen the strength of the work that comes from them working together.

“I’m really excited about what this dynamic combination can unlock creatively for Livity, its clients and future talent.”
