Journey Further announces two new board appointments


Performance marketing agency, Journey Further has made two new board appointments to help strategically grow the business.

Paul Frampton, President of CvE and formerly CEO of Havas Group; and Peter Dolukhanov, CEO of Decoded Consulting and former Group CTO of Karmarama, have both joined the company’s advisory board.

Frampton and Dolukhanov will be working closely with co-founders Robin Skidmore, Matt Kwiecinski and Chris Rowett and the senior team. They will help drive the continued, phenomenal success of the fast-growing agency.

Paul will predominantly be advising on culture and diversity as well as driving growth strategy. Peter’s focus will be on the technology required to support the agency’s existing clients and future growth.

Journey Further growth story

Since launching in January 2017, the agency has grown from 3 to 60 people. It counts among its clients the likes of Sky, PrettyLittleThing, Evans Cycles and Villa Plus.

In 2019, the agency saw revenue, excluding media spend, increase 78% year-on-year to £3.25m.

Total turnover, including media spend, was up 55% to £5.5m.

In the past twelve months, Journey Further has launched its Manchester office with the appointment of Ed Blakeway as Head of Programmatic and Paid Social, as well as launching its conversion optimisation offering led Jonny Longden, former Head of Digital Optimisation at Sky.
