Jerry Buhlmann named new supervisory board member at Serviceplan Group

Jerry Buhlmann has been appointed to the Serviceplan Group Supervisory Board. 

As of now, the experienced top manager will complement the existing Supervisory Board,

The current board is composed of Supervisory Board Chairman Dr Peter Haller (founder of the Serviceplan Group); Sybille Stempel (shareholder and daughter of agency co-founder Rolf Stempel); and Anke Schäferkordt (long-standing CEO of media group RTL Deutschland GmbH and RTL Television and, most recently, an Executive Board member of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA). 

The management of the Serviceplan Group will continue to be chaired by CEO Florian Haller.

Jerry Buhlmann, internationally esteemed manager and long-time CEO of the agency holding Dentsu Aegis Network and Aegis Group, respectively, will be a valued member of the Serviceplan Group Supervisory Board with his comprehensive market expertise, the company said.
