Retailer Pets at Home snuggles up to The&Partnership


Independent agency network, The&Partnership has been appointment as creative agency of record for the UK’s largest pet care company, Pets at Home.

The&Partnership will start work on a customer articulation of the pet care business, as well as developing the brand identity across social, digital and above the line communications plans.

The household pets business has grown rapidly from its first store 29 years ago.

It now boasts over 450 stores and 6,000 colleagues, with the brand present in nearly every city across the UK.

The company has an extensive retail offer, The Groom Room and Vets4Pets, giving pet owners an all-round pet care service.

It’s listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 index.

Backed by WPP and spanning four continents, with 1,500 staff, the multi-disciplined agency group last year saw record growth. It expanded across 17 new European markets and doubling in size against a challenging industry backdrop.
