Incubeta, the global independent digital marketing services group, has appointed Zoe Hall as Managing Director of Adtech Solutions and Lauren Stearley as Director of Programmatic.
Hall will drive technological innovation and advancement across the agency’s adtech services, while Stearley will lead the expansion of Incubeta’s programmatic media offering including display, video and connected TV.
With more than 14 years experience in marketing, brand management, customer experience, innovation and technological development, Hall will be responsible for growing the company’s technology offering.
She will also lead in developing new adtech and measurement solutions as Incubeta continues to invest in creating new tools to solve its clients needs.
Stearley has been tasked with expanding Incubeta’s programmatic media offering in the US and collaborating with the leadership team to select the best-in-class technology, data, and inventory partners for clients.
“I’m thrilled to be joining Incubeta and to have the opportunity to apply my expertise to boost the product development at Incubeta”, Hall said.
“The company has continued to grow and innovate during one of the most challenging times for businesses across the globe.
“I look forward to working with the entire team and being a part of an organisation which is a pioneer in the integrated marketing space.”
Stearley added: “I’m excited to join a company which is growing so rapidly and providing such outstanding service to its clients.
“With my holistic understanding of the sell-side and buy-side, coupled with my knowledge of acquisition marketing, I’m looking forward to helping Incubeta take its programmatic offering to the next level.”
Before joining Incubeta, Hall was instrumental in launching the largest early-stage investment platform, Antler, where she worked as Director of Marketing.
“Prior to this, Hall held a senior role at Fifty-Five, where she expanded and led the analytics departments, as the Senior Expertise & Innovation Manager.
Stearley joins the company from Starcom where she was the Acquisition Marketing Lead. As well as leading on acquisition, she was responsible for developing and implementing strategy across search, social, and programmatic. Prior to this Stearley gained an understanding of both the buy and sell-side of programmatic media, having worked at MediaMath and Index Exchange.
This news follows the announcement earlier this month that Lars Lehne has been appointed Group CEO and John Cawdery as US CEO as the company continues to grow its market share in North America.
In 2020, the company made more than 30 new hires and launched three new innovative platforms, including its award winning proprietary technology, Seamless Search.
Cawdery said: “I’m delighted to welcome both Zoe and Lauren to Incubeta US, where they’ll be valuable members of the team.
“Zoe has proven experience in new market penetration and development, which will be advantageous for Incubeta’s technical division, while Lauren’s expertise in advertising technology will help boost the company’s programmatic offering.
“Incubeta is founded on the union of technology, creative, and media, and as marketing continues to evolve, we strive to continually innovate.
“With the ad industry set to recover this year we’re ready to expand our services to help our clients grow and adapt.
“We’ve started the year off right with these great additions to the team and we look forward to seeing them achieve their goals and build relationships with our team and clients.”
