UK digital marketing group, Incubeta, today announced a series of promotions and new hires in the UK to bolster the firm’s senior team with a dedicated Growth Layer.

New Growth Layer

Andrew Turner has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer, James Sleaford to Chief Growth Officer and Claire Burgess to Director of Delivery.

Joining the company, Charlie Davison has been appointed as Growth Consultancy Director.

With more than 40 years’ combined experience in digital marketing, these strategic promotions harness an industry expertise which Incubeta said will provide clients with unparalleled service and insight.

Sleaford was previously UK Managing Director of Incubeta’s AdTech, Analytics and Consultancy business Incubeta DQ&A, where he led the UK launch in 2017.

He has also undertaken various roles across Performance Marketing, AdTech, Analytics, Sales, Operations and Recruitment.

Bolstering Sleaford’s growth team, is the recruitment of Charlie Davison, formerly BrainLabs and Reprise Media, as Growth Consultancy Director.

Similarly, Andrew Turner has been promoted from his previous role as Group Commercial Director.

Having spent 10 years with the digital marketing group leading on new business, Turner has been instrumental in propelling the company forward with new client wins.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Turner will oversee company revenue alongside the UK marketing strategy to attract new clients to the group.

A recent achievement saw Andrew leading a successful pitch for the Marks and Spencers Digital Media Account which, in 2021, expanded to cover all programmatic display and paid social channels.

Burgess has also been promoted to Director of Delivery after eight years at the digital marketing group.

Sally Laycock, UK CEO, Incubeta said: “We’re so pleased to announce the promotion of three of our core team members who have supported and propelled the growth of Incubeta, and to welcome Charlie to the group.

“They are invaluable assets, bringing expertise and knowledge of the industry as well as a deep understanding of our partnerships and clients needs, making each new role a natural ascension, and an ideal fit.”

Commenting on his new role, Turner said: “I have been with Incubeta for over a decade now and I am thrilled to have both witnessed and supported its continued expansion.

“With an exciting 2022 on the horizon, at Incubeta we’ll continue our mission to support our clients with their ambitious growth plans.

“Following three acquisitions and significant investment in our existing services in 2021, we’re well equipped to support our clients across the customer journey.“

Sleaford added: “It’s a real privilege to be working with the brilliant team of people at Incubeta in such an exciting time for our industry.

“We have rapidly developing technology fueling our clients’ ability to have new and meaningful conversations with their customers. In turn, this drives ever higher expectations; set against a backdrop of fierce competition, changing regulatory landscapes and an awakening of greater business purpose.”

“In this state of almost constant complexity it is no surprise it can often be hard to identify and operate the levers which will enable a business to grow.

“Our goal as a team is to remove this noise, enabling our incredible people to do their best work and truly have an impact on our client’s growth.”
