Trouble Maker will focus on assisting iD Mobile to land the brand ethos of ‘Mobile Done Right’, as well as helping it to engage more personally with audiences to drive positive sentiment and be recognised as the “home of value” in the UK mobile market.

Campaign activity will target both the brand’s key audience of 30- to 55-year-olds and younger demographics.

Lewis Henry, Customer & Marketing Director at iD Mobile, said: ““We are delighted to announce that Trouble Maker will be taking the helm as iD Mobile’s primary branding, creative and PR agency.

“Following an extensive and rigorous selection process that involved a host of exceptional agencies, Trouble Maker emerged as the clear choice for a new integrated approach for these services.

“Its enthusiasm, strategic approach, deep comprehension of our brand and its unique challenges, and team experience, make it the ideal partner for a challenger brand like iD in a fiercely competitive industry.

“We’re eager to begin working with the Trouble Maker team in what promises to be an exciting and pivotal year for the iD Mobile brand.”

Dan Hocking, Chief Operating Officer at Trouble Maker, said: “We can’t wait to get started working with iD Mobile.

“It’s really got the ability to continue punching above its weight, as it offers some of the best value to UK consumers, and we look forward to helping people across the nation understand why they should wake up and make a better choice.
