Virtual mobile operator iD Mobile has appointed Trouble Maker as its new creative and PR agency, with a brief to drive brand awareness, consideration, and confidence within the UK market and globally.
Effective from 1 October, the new relationship will see Trouble Maker creating a new visual identity for the brand, as well as leading on below-the-line marketing and PR-led events activity.

Trouble Maker will focus on assisting iD Mobile to land the brand ethos of ‘Mobile Done Right’, as well as helping it to engage more personally with audiences to drive positive sentiment and be recognised as the “home of value” in the UK mobile market.
Campaign activity will target both the brand’s key audience of 30- to 55-year-olds and younger demographics.
