Hearts & Science, Omnicom Media Group’s agile high-growth agency brand, is boosting its leadership with the appointment of Rachel Peace as Managing Director.
Peace will report to UK CEO Garrett O’Reilly, and will be working with a diverse mix of brands, including Peloton, Ocado, GoCompare and Virgin Voyages to help take Hearts’ client-first service commitment to new levels as well as helping them continue to grow by bringing in new, ambitious enabler brands to the agency.
Hearts & Science UK launched in 2017, and over the last 18 months has seen billings rise by 20%, with client wins including Hargreaves Lansdown and Peloton, and the retention without pitch of the GoCompare business.
Earlier this year, the agency was also named exclusive UK media agency partner by Virgin Voyages having since supported the brands launch in the UK.
Peace draws on more than 20 years’ experience at leading media agencies, working across a broad range of accounts, categories and sectors including retail, utilities, FMCG and luxury.
Peace joins from MediaCom, where she was managing partner, as well as head of UK media for The Pharm, WPP’s dedicated consulting agency for the Walgreens Boots Alliance.
Her CV includes roles as group client director at Carat, and she started her career at Walker Media, now Blue 449/Spark Foundry.
