The Corner will start work immediately on creative brand strategy and a brand redesign which is set to come to life as part a summer campaign later this year.

Hallmark is The Corner’s third new business win in 2023, the agency said.

Neil Simpson, Founder & CEO of The Corner, said: “This sector plays a critical role in society’s care structure and is only going to increase in importance. We are delighted to be partnering one of the leaders in the category.”

Christian Poole, Sales & Marketing Director, Hallmark Care Homes – “Following a competitive pitch process with some brilliant agencies, we’re delighted to appoint The Corner as our creative agency who will be supporting us in the exciting next stage of our brand journey.”

Hallmark owns 19 care homes across England and South Wales and said it is recognised in the industry for providing high quality care and outstanding, innovative facilities.

Hallmark Care Homes utilises cutting edge technology to help improve the services it offers in its locations.

It invested in Ally, a night-time monitoring system to give its residents better sleep plus safer and more personalised care.

Ally is a solution that is proven to help care homes reduce falls, hospital admissions and night-time disturbance whilst giving care teams more time to spend with each resident.

The residential care operator was set up in 1997, when it bought its first care home.
