Multi award-winning agency, Hallam, has expanded its Experience team, welcoming UX Designer, Ilse Normington, and Creative Copywriter, Fraser Wanless to the company.
Hallam experience additions
Over a 25-year copywriting career, Wanless has created compelling content for clients including many national and international brands.
After graduating in Fine Art, Wanless has worked for advertising, digital and employer and education marketing agencies in Nottingham, Manchester and London.
During that time, he has written content for most kinds of media, including print, radio, television, outdoor and, of course, digital.
“Hallam had been on my radar for quite a while before I joined, hearing nothing but good things about them and the work they did”, said Wanless.
“I was particularly attracted by the agency’s belief that there’s a better way to do business; giving people, and the planet, just as much consideration as profit.
Ilse specialises in UX, with plenty of in-house experience across a range of sectors including retail, banking, fashion and eCommerce. Her career initially began as an analyst working on a variety of aspects from customer experience and behaviour to web analytics.
Normington said: “Although I started my career as an analyst, I found myself drawn to UX design as I love the creativity and innovation it provides.
“I’m delighted to be joining Hallam as there is so much opportunity to grow as a UX Designer working with such an experienced team and with such a diverse range of clients.”
Kier Humphreys, Experience Director at Hallam, said: “Ilse and Fraser bring a variety of experience that broadens Hallam’s offer but, more importantly, they are both exceptionally talented and likeable individuals.
“They have immediately settled into the team, are a hit with our clients and haven’t paid me a thing to say this. The team is going from strength to strength, and it’s an exciting period of growth.”
