GingerMay boosts leadership with two key promotions

GingerMay, the leading independent global agency for integrated B2B tech PR and communications, today announced the promotions of Amy Lawrence (right main pic) to Deputy Managing Director and Kirsty Langan (left, main pic) to Practice Head: Emerging Technologies.

GingerMay promotions

Lawrence and Langan joined GingerMay a decade ago and have contributed significantly to GingerMay’s phenomenal business growth, outstanding client satisfaction, and award-winning culture.

Their promotions come in response to the growth trajectory of the business and a number of significant new client wins.

In her new role as Deputy MD, Lawrence will be tasked with managing business performance and continued client success, while also implementing frameworks to allow the team’s talent to thrive.

Langan’s role will see a focus on business growth within emerging tech sectors, including cleantech and AI, as well as excellence in client delivery.

GingerMay was created more than 15 years ago by CEO Victoria Usher (centre, main pic) as an agency that puts its people at the heart of everything it does.

It offers a range of integrated B2B communications services to sector-leading digital advertising, cleantech and emerging technology companies.

“The promotions of Amy and Kirsty will help GingerMay continue to deliver incredible technology PR and communications campaigns, which results in industry-busting client retention, a strong reputation and stellar commercial performance”, said Usher.

“Females comprise around 70% of the PR and communications industry but are grossly underrepresented in leadership; I’m proud that GingerMay flips this outdated trend.

“We are a highly successful business where women form a majority in our leadership team.

“I am excited for the future and powerful leadership that Amy and Kirsty will bring, and to continue to put our people at the heart of everything we do”
