Jans (left, main pic) and Brooks (right, main pic) have been at the forefront of evolving the consultancy’s output from traditional development work to more design and product focus whilst retaining a strong technical capability.

The types of challenges Future Platforms is helping their clients solve has broadened into areas of digital loyalty, product and business innovation and driving commercial value and personalisation at scale.

The new organisation helps Future Platforms walk the walk in terms of diversity running throughout the business.

Audiences today are aware of a far more culturally rich and mixed society and to reflect this in digital and design work, agencies and studios need to be able to lead with diverse voices.

Over the last 12 months, Future Platforms has won numerous new clients including International Skating Union, Accenture and its first global client in Virgin Active – where it is designing a new member & loyalty experience for Virgin Active’s 2.1 million members, which will launch in February 2023.

Brooks said of the new position: “We really believe that digital products and services can transform industries, and we’re only at the start of our mission.

“We are looking forward to continuing to shape the work that’s to come.

“Our focus remains driving business growth for our clients and delivering the best experience for their users.”

Richard Davies, Chairman & Owner of Future Platforms (which he founded in 2005), said: “We are very excited to hand over the leadership of the business to Remy and Greet to help accelerate our future and improve the value we are delivering for our clients.”
