A former marketing director at a top 100 law firm in the south-east, Clare Fanner, has launched a marketing club for lawyers.

The aim of the Law Firm Marketing Club is to offer help and advice to UK lawyers wishing to increase their firm’s client base and marketing know-how.

Fanner is the former marketing director for Moore Blatch (now Moore Barlow) and Trethowans; she’s also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and previous founder of LegalCX, and launched the Law Firm Marketing Club in November.

The club is a resource and research initiative, supported by a trusted network of experts, aiming to help lawyers through the use of tools, research, insights, articles, webinars, polls and collaboration groups to:

  1. Attract more business;
  2. Increase clients and income;
  3. Produce happier clients;
  4. Save time and money;
  5. Expand their marketing knowledge.

The launch follows the establishment of Clare Fanner’s marketing business, Find Get Grow, in 2016, which she set up recognising the need for law firms to have easy access to expert marketing support from firms such as iTonic.

“Having previously been a marketing director for regional law firms, I spent a lot of time looking for specialists that really understood the sector and the unique challenges faced by law firms and law firm marketers”, Fanner said.

“The marketing club aims to provide invaluable resources, research and insights to lawyers and is a game-changer for firms serious about getting more clients and saving time and money.

“Whether you are a small law firm with limited marketing resources, or a larger firm with a marketing and BD team, and looking for specialist support we can help.”
