Equator appoints Talha Ihsan as new CRM Team lead

Digital consultancy, Equator has appointed Talha Ihsan as its new CRM Team Lead.

Ihsan will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing CRM strategies for all clients, both across the consultancy and within the Private Equity arm of the business.

With over 15 years of experience in marketing, including the last eight years specifically focused on CRM, Ihsan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Equator.

He comes from mobility service provider start-up FreeNow and has also spent time at well-established corporates including Debenhams, Skyscanner and The Football Association.

His expertise in CRM operations and technology, as well as his experience in solution definition, automation tools, and innovations, make him a key addition as Equator continues to develop its CRM offering.

Ihsan will play a pivotal role in driving the consultancy’s end-to-end CRM proposition through his abilities across CRM strategy, operations, and technology.
