Social-first creative agency Digital Natives has announces that it has bolstered its senior team, hiring Tom Franz as Head of Production.
The appointment comes at a time of rapid growth for the business. Tom joins from Studio Black Tomato, where he was most recently Head of Creative Production and worked across a wealth of global luxury, lifestyle and travel clients.
In his new role at Digital Natives, he will have strategic oversight of client projects across the agency and be responsible for helping take the team to the next level, both themselves and in terms of standard of delivery.
“We knew Tom was the right guy to take us to the next level” says Executive Creative Director Oliver Elmes.
“He has a wealth of production experience with both high street and luxury brands. I’m thrilled to have him as part of the team.”

Digital Natives is a social first agency and counts LVMH, Gu, Unilever, Breville and FitBit among its clients.
The firm, which was founded in 2013, covers strategy, creative development, community/influencer outreach, content production, media planning & buying, and channel management.
