Davis joins CvE having held multiple C-Suite roles at a number of media technology businesses – most recently as COO at search intelligence platform Captify.

Prior to that, she was European Managing Director at Infinitive Marketing Consulting and before that, CTO International for CBS.

Paul Frampton-Calero, president CvE said: “Fiona joins us with a fantastic pedigree in growing media and marketing businesses.

“Somehow, our paths had never crossed before but from the moment they did, I knew we had the person that would help us propel our global growth and take our consulting product forwards.

“With a huge depth of expertise in consulting, data, martech, broadcast and much more I couldn’t be more thrilled that Fiona is joining CvE.”

Founded in 2019, CvE is a specialist consultancy that helps global brands define and deliver the future state of their marketing organisation.

Part of the Goodway Group, CvE initially focused on operating models – helping brands to develop effective in-housed or hybrid agency/ staff marketing teams, and gain media-buying independence.

It has since broadened its offer to technical consulting, both martech consultancy – evaluating and selecting the right technology – and data engineering (data connectivity and liquidity between platforms).

These technical capabilities were recently expanded further with the acquisition of technical consultancy Canton Marketing Solutions in July 2022.

“Marketing is the engine of business growth, and there’s huge demand from the marketing community to prove this case at the most senior levels”, Davis said.

“CvE is a unique marketing transformation consultancy that answers those questions, sat between traditional media agency networks who aren’t known for providing the most impartial business consultancy, and management consultancies who may lack marketing nous. I can’t wait to get started.”

Having doubled its revenues in the last twelve months, its client base includes Flutter Group (Paddy Power, Betfair, Pokerstars), Vodafone, Reckitt Benckiser, BBC, Ice Travel Group/ TravelSupermarket, KFC, Boots Media Group and HMD/Nokia.
