In his new position, Sethi will bolster Bow & Arrow’s leadership and scale strategic initiatives in product strategy, management, growth & marketing.

On growing the leadership team, Laura Liram, Managing Director, said: “Bow & Arrow exists to partner with truly game changing clients to create, launch and scale new ventures, and we have huge ambitions for our role in leading this big growth market.

“Lisa, Ishaan and Jamie are brilliant additions to our senior team as we continue to grow: they bring massive amounts of energy, insight and expertise to our team and our clients, and are fundamentally very good humans to boot.

“We can’t wait to have them on the team, driving B&A forward.”

Corby said: “I think we’re past a tipping point in the scale of change needed to address environmental and social challenges, with businesses now seeing the need to create new ventures outside of their core that generate their value sustainably and equitably.

“That makes it an incredibly exciting time to be joining B&A, where the team’s entrepreneurial spirit, creative spark, and strategic acumen make it a hugely powerful ally for any business ready to step up and face those challenges by building ground-breaking new ventures.”

Cousins added: “I’ve heard Bow & Arrow referred to as the C-suite’s secret weapon and am so proud to be in on the secret, and I intend to spread it far and wide.

“The unmatched quality of the team and leadership, focus on creating innovative new ventures, and massive growth trajectory of the business all compelled me to join.

“I couldn’t be more excited for the journey ahead for Bow & Arrow and for our clients.”

Commenting on his appointment, Sethi said: “Over the last decade, I’ve worked across global markets as a tech entrepreneur and through senior leadership roles at some of the fastest growing startups.

“With the digital landscape evolving at light speed, there has never been a better time for businesses to leverage various opportunities and avenues to create revolutionary new ventures.

“This is an incredibly exciting time to join Bow & Arrow – an unmatched, dream team of strategy, commercial and creative thinkers known for their pioneering work in new venture development and white space innovation.

“I’m tremendously excited to join Bow & Arrow and work on some of the most fascinating strategic problems, specifically from a product perspective that can help unleash unprecedented value for our clients”.
