Behave appoints first Head of Behavioural Research and Insight

Behavioural consultancy Behave today announced the appointment of Dr Alexandra Dobra-Kiel in a new role as Head of Behavioural Research and Insight.

Dobra-Kiel will use her wealth of experience to bolster the development of Behave’s behavioural technologies and enhance its use of data to help clients better understand their customers and prospects.

Dobra-Kiel’s hire is part of a series of senior restructures within the Total Media Group which will also see Max Williams being promoted to Managing Partner and sitting on the Associate Board as well as Will Hanmer-Lloyd, who will now lead the Behave consultancy, as well as continuing to lead the strategy and research teams within Total Media, taking up the new title Head of Behave and Strategy.

She has extensive experience in the field of behavioural science, achieving a PhD from the University of Warwick for which she received the Academy of Management and Chancellor Scholarship awards. 

Dobra-Kiel has held senior positions at Kroll and Accenture and most recently, the role of Lead Banking & Capital Markets Insight at Deloitte where she helped financial services companies better prepare for uncertainty by identifying new corporate and business strategies.

As Head of Behavioural Research and Insight, she will be working from the London office and her primary aims will involve working to create industry leading products in the field of Behavioural Science which can answer global and local client solutions.
