Azerion expands global offering with UK launch


As part of its global expansion, Azerion, the media, technology and entertainment company, has today announced the launch of Azerion UK. 

This follows the company’s recent acquisition of Collective Media Group from TI Media in 2020.

As Azerion, Collective becomes part of the world’s fastest-growing digital ecosystem and will inherit the capabilities to execute international brand campaigns.

Azerion delivers trillions of verified impressions from thousands of clients across the world. 

In the UK, brands and advertisers will benefit from supercharged brand creativity, more gaming capabilities, and international digital campaigns in brand safe environments, the firm said. 

What’s more, Azerion’s proprietary technology is built to deliver brand outcomes and is fuelled by millions of first-party data sets from consumers who engage with their content. 

For publishers, it means an increase in impactful formats with bespoke functionality, enhanced user experience and further monetisation opportunities.

Azerion has more than 900 employees across 55 nations and 21 global offices which enables the company to address international brand challenges at a local level. 

The UK expansion follows a string of acquisitions by the company including SSP, Improve Digital, and most recently, the German gaming developer WHOW Games this June. 

The company also acquired part ownership of football club Fortuna Sittard, in its native Netherlands and are an esports partner of Ajax FC.

In April 2021, it was announced Azerion had successfully raised €200 million (£172 million).
