Teads, the global media platform, said it has appointed Anita Caras as Vice President of Insights & Measurement International.
With over 25 years of experience, Caras will oversee Teads’ insights and research strategies, drawing on her leadership in TV and tech, as the company looks to bolster its efforts in research design and data strategy to deliver more effective business outcomes for brands.
Caras brings a wealth of experience, having worked for leading companies such as ITV, Verizon, Microsoft, MTV/Viacom and Zenith.
She joins Teads from Yahoo, where her previous role as International Insights Director saw her lead a global team to deliver consumer insights and data assets that drove demand, supported non-US revenue commitments, and enhanced Yahoo’s brand equity in the data & research space.
Based in London and reporting directly to Caroline Hugonenc, Global Senior Vice President of Research & Insights at Teads, Caras will take on a range of responsibilities that will have a significant impact on Teads’ global operations.
Her role will encompass managing local insights leads for the regions of EMEA, APAC, CEE and MEA, with a focus on streamlining processes and offerings to ensure maximum efficiencies.

Caras also brings with her several award wins, including Ad Week Europe’s FutureIsFemale 2023, Campaign’s 40 Over 40 2022, and IAB Europe’s inaugural Digital Researcher of The Year Award 2021 as well as Microsoft’s ‘Circle of Excellence’ top employee award.
