AdTonos has appointed Agata Hirche as VP of Product to develop the global programmatic platform, focusing on audio media buying and cross-device targeting.
The company is run by Radio Net Media, which successfully monetises podcasts, audiobooks, music and radio streams for over 200 recognised publishers across the UK, EU, LATAM and the US,
Hirche has over 10 years of experience as a digital media professional and has worked in digital media since 2008 across the North American and EMEA markets, successfully launching a number of innovative solutions including both technology platforms and data offerings.
Her previous key business focus has included technical vetting and matching, and financial and market technology growth potential.
She has spoken at prestigious events such as the World Media Conference in 2017 – where she educated the market about mobile advertising opportunities for brands.
To this end Hirche will work to strengthen and develop AdTonos’ product strategy and innovation to meet business goals.
Her extensive experience also includes the successful launch of television advertising measurement provider, Samba TV, in Europe, as well as leading programmatic capabilities on behalf of the world’s largest advertising agency network Omnicom Media Group in the US.
In her roles, Hirche’s responsibilities have also included managing performance for brands as well as developing B2B relationships with vendors.
AdTonos works with online audio publishers and advertisers to deliver effective advertising solutions.
Hirche will strengthen AdTonos’ product vision and capabilities so the company can meet the increasing demand for effective, measurable tools within digital audio advertising and will develop solutions to support consumer outreach via programmatic audio.
Her appointment will also help support the company’s expansion with AdTonos’ audience growing five-fold in 2021, achieving over +3 billion playouts and +272 million unique listeners.
