EXTE hires for growth

Matt Goodwin will play a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s growth and market presence in the UK, the company said.

He joins EXTE after a successful tenure as Business Director at Azerion, where he led the GroupM hub for six years.

With an impressive track record in the digital advertising industry, Goodwin brings a unique skill set and perspective to EXTE’s team.

“The digital ad industry is well and truly in the age of attention, but the next step feels critical”, Goodwin said.

“Marketeers need to ensure they make every moment count. My decision to join EXTE was driven by its distinctive advantage in this area, combining leading contextual platforms in EMEA with bespoke creative and branded content from some of the best minds in the business.

“Delivering a killer creative in the right environment to a receptive audience is the blueprint for successful digital advertising.

“EXTE has the tools to make it happen, and I’m excited to bring its solutions to clients across the UK.”

Jessica Rosevear joins the publishing side of the business. She brings almost 15 years of industry experience with her, having worked in various roles in the adtech industry, both agency and in-house.

Her most recent role involved managing the publisher portfolio in the UK and France for Azerion/Inskin. Rosevear’s experience building robust, long-term partnerships with publishers and agencies makes her a hugely valuable addition to the team.

“After witnessing the rapid growth of EXTE and the impressive results its technology and creativity have achieved for publishers and brands, I am thrilled to be joining the team and looking forward to growing the supply side of the business in the UK”, Rosevear said.

Dominic Woolfe, UK Managing Director at EXTE, said: “These key strategic hires are very much part of our ambitious and exciting expansion plans across the UK and Europe.

“With the addition of Matt Goodwin and Jessica Rosevear, we know we have two of the best in the business to enhance EXTE’s presence in these regions.

“As one of Europe’s largest adtech players, we aim to bring that same success to the UK market and expand both the advertising and publishing sides of the company  as we grow our unique platform on new shores.”

EXTE was created when three major adtech vendors, SunMedia, Rich Audience and Adpone, joined forces to solve the disconnect between media, technology and creativity in digital advertising.

It works with major brands and is trusted by over 1,000 premium publishers. EXTE offers a full-funnel solution for advertisers and enhanced publisher monetisation.
