Accenture’s Dr Jessica Holt joins TCEG Behavioural Science Unit

The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG) has expanded its Behavioural Science consultancy team with the appointment of Dr Jessica Holt, previously at Accenture.

She joins as Senior Behavioural Science Consultant, with experience in this area across both management consulting and academic contexts. 

Holt spent the last six years as a management consultant at Accenture, using behavioural science to help drive and embed organisational change for a range of FTSE 100 clients. 

She will be reporting to Dr Guy Champniss, Head of Behavioural Science at TCEG.

Holt holds a PhD in cognitive psychology from the University of Leeds and is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society. 

She has published research on the mechanisms of human visual memory and attention.

“In collaboration with the group’s diverse range of agencies I believe we can bring some truly innovative human-centred solutions to our clients, shaped through the power of applied behavioural science.”

Earlier this year, TCEG’s Behavioural Science Unit hired Andrea Dzalto from YouGov as Associate Behavioural Science Consultant. 

The Group’s Behavioural Science unit is expanding to meet growing demand from its global client base and as it works on integrated projects with other parts of the group, including employee engagement programmes, virtual events, capability development, scientific communications, and digital learning.
